Account Lead
Full time – Vancouver
With 2–3 years of experience in an agency or in-house role, you’re looking for the next step – a place where you can lead the tactical execution of smart, creative PR and digital strategies that drive real results.
You know what it takes to land a story, spark conversation online, and help brands stand out for all the right reasons. You’re resourceful, collaborative, and not afraid to get hands-on to make things happen.
Most importantly, you’re driven by curiosity and a desire to grow – making you a perfect fit for Kin’s people-first, growth-minded culture.
Our Values:
- Intentional. Our results-focused, strategic approach is the foundation of everything we do. We listen, consider, then execute. We strip away what doesn’t matter to do more of what does.
- Meaningful. We create content that people want to engage with. Our integrated approach leads to creative solutions. We deliver smart ideas, freshly executed, and always with communication excellence.
- Adaptable. Trial and error leads to creativity. We stay on top of results, trends and market shifts so we can flex accordingly.
- Accountable. We’re committed to results, and share what’s working and what’s not. When it comes to driving our client’s business, we’re
- Kind. We honour each other, our partners, clients and their customers as fellow human beings. We will never take their business, time, or attention for granted.
As Account Lead, you are:
- Creative. You think beyond the obvious and bring fresh, thoughtful ideas to the table – ones that spark excitement, deliver results, and make an impact for our clients.
- Collaborative. You thrive in a team environment where everyone’s voice matters. You value partnership – with colleagues, clients, and creators – and believe the best work comes from working together.
- Organized. You’re detail-oriented and thrive in structure. You manage your time, inbox, and priorities with precision, approaching every task with focus and intention.
- Communicative. You’re a natural storyteller who knows how to tailor your message – whether it’s a sharp press pitch, a scroll-stopping caption, or a polished client email. Words are your craft, and you take pride in using them well.
- Driven. You’re growth-minded and eager to keep learning. You take feedback as an opportunity, approach challenges with optimism, and are motivated by being part of a team that supports both personal and professional development.
